體驗極差，保潔的服務實在是一言難盡，房間裡所有個人物品都給我推倒在桌上了，住了這麼多年酒店從來沒遇到過這樣的情況… 去前台投訴保潔，經理的回覆是“他們這樣是錯的，但我不知道他們為什麼這樣做，我也不知道是具體哪個人做的，你想讓我怎麼樣？” ？？？？ That's it？？？ 希爾頓旗下的酒店真的體驗差服務差，欺負我們外國人不會維權嗎？！差評差評差評！不要住！

DoubleTree has been consistently good during my experience over the past 30 years. Being a Hilton Honors member! I was a bit disappointed with the Hilton at South Airport. First of all, the shuttle was super packed with customers which is good for the hotel! Just ran out of luggage space! Secondly, the agent wasn't friendly may be too busy! Even though I checked in with my apps but the key wasn't ready and I had to check in again at the front desk! Thirdly, they didn't offer me a cookie where all other guests got one;(fourthly, there was no hot water and I had to call the front desk and it took more than 20 minutes to get it fixed! But I was standing in the shower for 20 m in minutes already! Anyway, it wasn't the best experience at this location!

離機場近，酒店免費的 shuttle bus 45分鐘一班，適合第二天趕飛機入住。 房間挺乾淨的，設施算是sfo附近很新的了，但我的房間的空調不好用，熱風調到最高溫度也不夠熱，湊活睡了一晚，醒來有點冷。同伴房間沒有這個問題。 以及室內照明不足，把燈全開上也還是暗。 早餐是點餐式的，味道還行。

Lobby reception staff was poor. I arrived mid afternoon with two very heavy bags. To enter the lobby, you must climb up steps or use a very long extended ramp, which would be challenging for many travelers with disabilities . I requested help at the reception desk to bring my bags into the lobby and in a nasty and unhelpful manner was told to use the ramp. For a second time I requested help and finally, after a long wait, they sent someone to help me with the bags, but they never improved their attitude. When I got to the room, I discovered that it was barely adequate and  certainly not up to the standard I expected for the price. There is no value for money in this hotel. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste. The hardware around the shower door was in poor condition. I had to walk across the busy highway to a gas station  convenience store to buy enough bottled water to get me through the night and morning.  I would definitely never recommend this hotel to anyone and regretted that I didn’t stay across the street.
