酒店位置還算不錯，旁邊是一個小湖而不靠海，去沙灘還要開車10多分鐘。 離火車站和小鎮中心都是步行距離，挺方便。服務很親切，還幫忙延遲退房一小時。房間衞生整潔很舒服但床頭衹有一邊有插座能充電不是太方便。早餐屬於常規配置，沒毛病也沒特點。刀叉上全是手指印^_^總體不錯，休閑度假，親子旅遊選擇都沒問題。

酒店位置不對，我們找了半天，才找到，打前台電話打不通，找到賓館門口位置也不好找，在那個樓的二樓，房間還不錯，好像是木地板走路咯吱咯吱的，早上下樓玩一圈，空氣很好

A modern hotel, overlooking the sea, within walking distance of Southport's main attractions. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and well equipped and it was serviced daily, which is not always the case these days. Lots of choice for breakfast. We opted for the set dinner, which was fairly limited but sufficient for one night.

The hotel is in a great central location and is lovely. It was clean and really quiet despite there being many other hotel guests. The bed was so comfy. We did report an issue with the kettle to reception in the early evening and the receptionist (I think her name was Sue) did not seem interested and did not rectlfy the problem due to them having a function to deal with. This was not really acceptable and the only thing that let down our stay. All the other staff were excellent. Breakfast was fresh and delicious too.

We had a two day stay after we got married because our hoonymoon isn’t till12yh we had to have wedding in April do my grandkids were off school at the time the hotel was clean food good but rooms basic

Went to enjoy a night of entertainment, a tribute to Grease/Dirty dancing,was a great night in a wonderful hotel, love the views over lake,the food was lovely and the rooms are comfortable and spacious, service was spot on,would stay again, great value for money 😁

Staff where very friendly and helpful, breakfast here was continental breakfast and had a nice choice so I enjoyed my breakfast, other foods in local are has a really good variety and hotel was in a good place for site seeing and walks around Southport

I stayed here for one night and was very pleased with the room and service. There was no noise at night except for the odd door closing before midnight. The breakfast was excellent, served in a very comfortable and spacious dining room. The only improvement would be if the hot breakfast buffet could be kept hotter for longer.

The hotel is lovely and clean, great location the rooms are spacious clean and great views the staff can’t do enough for you . Breakfast was lovely too well worth a visit .
