前台工作人員服務很好，可能剛好有空房，我一個人入住還是提供給我很大一間房，房間的景也很完美，有浴缸房間很大，是很不錯的一次體驗♥️

雖然距離市中心比較遠，但是酒店隔離就有巴士站可以乘搭巴士。酒店也有提供免費停車場，也算方便。酒店設施乾淨寬闊，前台也熱情。

I was a bit apprehensive booking due to the mixed reviews. I initially booked a standard room in the aspire wing but due to a strange noise I was upgraded without any stress (quick resolution and great service!) to a balcony room still in the aspire wing. It was a small balcony just enough for a chair but it was nice to have the door open for the fresh air on a sunny day. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay again.

What a wonderful location with cicy views and free parking! Bathroom is a bit old, but consider the views and super comfortable King size beds, Metro Apartment has been the best stay we had in WA. Great balue for money!

Checked in at midnight, the man at the front desk was quite rude, unfortunately. Apart from that, everything else was great. The balcony view was especially nice, we could see the city lights and fireworks!
