Good location and nice view. Walking distance to nearby 24hrs supermarket, restaurants and jetty to take a ferry across to CBD. Apartment is abit old but c/w a mini kitchen whereby induction stove, microwave, fridge and utensils are readily available. Toilet is quite small and bedroom is without a door. Free parking but no guarantee will get a parking lot. Ample parking along the road outside with a small fee. A guest lounge that offers free chocolate, coffee and tea with mini entertainment. Overall, is a good stay.

Beautiful park and nice scenery in front of the serviced apartments. Great view to start the day. Simple amenities in the apartment but comfortable stay. However the rooms do not look the same as what the photos show. Great cafes near the corner to have breakfast and have good restaurants nearby.

此次入住是今個旅程的第二次入住。前台服務員依舊態度親切有善。酒店面對河畔，環境一流。房間內衛生稍差，梳化有白色小蟲在跳動，轉來轉去，洗手間有蟲爬行，被我打死，很嚇人😤。

很多年前去住過一次；靠近天鵝湖，風景確實很不錯，散步很舒服，但是房間比較老了，硬件確實有點拉垮，房間很大還可以做飯，帶院子。除了硬件設施其他真的都很不錯，停車也免費，這點性價比很高！

這個酒店位置特別好，就在天鵝河的旁邊，早上可以看到黑天鵝，房間很大，有廚房、客廳、獨立臥室，可以自己做飯吃，冰箱微波爐鍋碗瓢盆俱全

地理位置十分不錯，離酒店大約200米就有一個超市。如果選擇自己做飯，很方便，炊具也很整齊。酒店的工作人員態度都很和藹。 最大的缺點是設施陳舊。我住的套間，外面客廳的空調不製冷。連續兩天有人來調試，但效果為零。正好是夏天，不能製冷的客廳，下午的溫度接近30℃。

Spacious room with a small kitchen for light cooking, good for families, location is idyllic, right by swan river in south Perth. At times, we take a ferry to cdb across, fun experience.
