Room was acceptable. It was not acceptable to charge me twice and refuse to refund the cost. 訂房網站 made a mistake with the dates, the hotel charged me and then refused to refund. 訂房網站 did not help. Disappointing. Spent hours trying to chase this. A very costly room.

The accomodation had no lift and it looked a little run-down and dirty. Our luggages were heavy and big and we had to carry the luggages up to our rooms by ourselves. We booked two rooms for the night. One room had a weird smell and the other room had people knocking on our doors a few times and everytime we opened the door right after the knock, there was nobody at the corridor. The toilet was big enough but the shower area was really small. We could hardly move when we were showering. The carpeted floors felt a little moist too.
