此酒店公寓其它都還OK的啦，就是客房服務有點不太敢恭維，我們兩張訂單前後加在一起有住12間晚，衹來打掃過一次房間，還是我們跑了幾次前台要求得來的。平日裡幾乎很難見到工作人員，不知墨爾本的公寓服務是個什麼規矩？還是他們那就是這樣的，一切都是需要DIY的？幸虧我們自己比較愛乾淨和收拾，許多事我們都自己做了，他們也沒有主動來詢問過是否需要調換毛巾、增加垃圾袋和洗漱用品之類的…如果住慣酒店、習慣酒店天天周到服務的朋友需事先有所心理準備的😓

Our family recently concluded a wonderful 2-week stay in Melbourne. The apartment's location is a huge selling point, being so close to the CBD and offering fantastic access to markets like ALDI, Woolworths, and the South Melbourne Market. This convenience was a lifesaver for our family. We were also very pleased to be on a high floor (level 8), which provided a quiet zone and excellent privacy. The staff's hospitality was truly exceptional. Cristina was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of her way to assist us. Craig managed everything perfectly, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable for our family. Great location, next to Woolworths, Aldi and South Melbourne market. The place is OK, service is not great, we waited long time to get in as we arrived late and nobody was in the office and they don't pick up the call also. Took about an hour for them to get back.

We liked the location, shops and restaurants were all walking distances. The disappointment part was the apartment wasn’t very clean. The floors were sticky the bathroom wasn’t very clean . The was an odour in the apartment. The staff were nice. Rang the customer service line to tell them about the accommodation and was told that she was going to contact the staff to check the place and see if they can clean it. I asked if we can change appartments and not stay the second night and get a refund. That wasn’t an option because it goes through 訂房網站 advisor. She never got back to me . The room was not cleaned. No one got back to us
