Staying for 2 nights and having bad trouble with the air conditioner. I've to move to a new room in the middle of the night. And it happened again on the second night. And guess what? I woke up in sweats. And they ask me to move to another room at 6.43 AM. What a service! They said "we're having an evaluation about our AC" What the heck? They evaluate their service and make the real guest to be the participant. Do we pay to suffer???
