Sudah ketiga kalinya nginep disini, kemarin ada masalah trouble gak bisa konek YouTube tv nya, pas laporan langsung di tangani dengan baik dan bisa YouTube nya. Tapi pas keluar kamar dan nyalain tv YouTube gak bisa lagi.. hehe.. citylog masih jadi tempat singgah yang dekat ke kota Kasablanka.

This was my second time at the hotel. The first time was when it was still owned by Harris. Everything went well, except the breakfast menu wasn’t as good as the one offered under Harris

My client was not happy with the stay. Not much service is provided despite all the requests. My client will not encourage any of the other clients to stay at this hotel.

Check in experience was pretty bad, the front desk lady didn’t really explain anything basics even like the wifi access, hardly smile and very arrogant. Few min later i found the room was very hot and i asked to change it to other room, she said they dont hv non smoking king size bed available. Okay i asked her to move me to smoking room first while they repair the room then move me back to non smoking because i was so tired and needed to rest asap. She didn’t even say sorry, and blatantly said i cant. Then gave no solution like its not of her problem. I left and went back to my hot room for the engineer to come and checked it briefly before admit that there was a problem indeed in that room before and now okay, i was so tired so i just agreed and went to bed all night feeling so sweaty. I couldn’t bear it and checked out early in morning!!! Fairly speaking with that price I could just add few more bucks and go to much better hotel if its not for their location, room was so old and worn out, you can see all the dust in their decorative pillows and stains all over the table

Overall satisfactory. The only point that needs improvement is the wifi connection. Signal in the room is weak and wifi connection broke off intermittently.
