面積還行，裡面桌椅板凳洗浴用品整理有點老舊，整體是國內90年代水平。 關鍵一點，沒有充電轉換插頭 入住需要交按金，茶包零食等需要另外收費

First impression ini hotel sangat strategis krn letaknya di atas mall dan ada skybridge langsung ke MRT Lebak Bulus. Kamar juga semua punya view skyline Jaksel karena letaknya yang di lantai atas. Dan mereka juga upgrade kamar saya. Keep up the good work

Pertama kali menginap di sini, yg awalnya mengira sepi ternyata cukup banyak tamu memilih hotel ini, salah satu indikator kalau memang hotel ini cocok utk Anda yg ingin menginap dgn lokasi strategis, terintegrasi dgn MRT dan BRT, serta connect dgn Poins Mall. Layanan petugas jg sangat baik, bisa maklum kalau housekeeping agak lama krn momen lebaran yg harusnya berkumpul dgn keluarga tp merelakan waktu utk melayani tamu, good job 🙏👌

The AC failed and they had to re locate my room. The second room also had issues with the AC. My room was opened when I arrived the second day and there were trash there, when I tried to talk to the staff they just ignored the claim. Nobody did anything about my room opened and even a perfume disappeared. The only way for them to come and clean (at night) was telling them “bro whatever, if you don’t want to come and check what happened to my room is ok, I’ll figure out if my things are completed but at least send someone to come and clean the trash”… No apologies, nobody cared.
