安くて駅近だから利用したが、バストイレに付いてる換気扇は動かなくてシャワー浴びた後ジメジメしてて臭うし、シャンプー入ってないのに追加されないし、蟲がたくさん出てきた。特に蟻はベッドにもいて噛まれた。もっと清潔感が必要。

Lokasinya keren sih dekat dengan blok M dan pusat kuliner di Jakarta Selatan. Resepsionis dan satpam ramah banget.

仕事の関係で午前中にアーリーチェックインをしたせいかもしれないが、古い部屋で隨所に染みのある部屋だった。清掃はきちんとされていたが、リネンにもシミがあり、タオルは古く汚く、全體の印象として清潔感のない部屋でがっかりした

My wife and I stayed at this hotel due to my wife just stomach surgery, and she needed a clean, comfort and quiet place to rest. When we arrive at the hotel, seeing that my wife is barely could walk - due to the pain in her stomach post surgery - the hotel staff rush to help her and provide wheel chair. This simple act show that they care about their guest, and we really appreciate it. Thank you oaktree Hotel!

Sebenernya tempatnya bagus pelayanan ramah , tetapi air nya kotor Sudah Coba komplain tapi tidak menyelesaikan masalah karena keesokan harinya masih muncul masalah yang sama . Semoga kedepannya bisa di perbaiki

for me the bathroom should be improve because it’s too old. actually the location IS VERRRRRRRYYY GOOD. Near from MRT station and mall, there are many food seller and restaurant also near the hotel.

Very poor service. No iron provided. Bedsheet not clean and always got stain. Tap water smelly which I need to use mineral water to brush my teeth🤣🫠😩
