泳池在14樓，白天可以去玩。房間裡沒有常溫瓶裝飲用水，都放在冰箱裡了，個人不喜歡喝飲水機裡裝的水，不知道什麼時候倒進去的也不知道倒進去的什麼水，而且就是簡單的小飲水機，也沒有過濾系統

레플스 첫방에서 너무만족해서 또 10일뒤 2박을 했습니다 얼리체크인 해서 그런지 방이 준비가 좀 덜되었고 의자에서 머리카락이 발견되었습니다 버틀러 서비스가 제공되는 레플스는 버틀러 마다 차이가 좀 있는듯하다 방컨디션도 방마다 차이가 있고 이부분은 자카르타 호텔 모듀가 그런듯 하다 재방의사 있으며 다음엔 보다 좋은 서비스와 만족도를 기대합니다

Overall had a very disappointing experience celebrating our anniversary here. We stayed over one night. we had.Had a lovely surprise in the room with anniversary wishes and a lovely cake.The room itself was large and beautiful with wonderful views of the city. The hotel itself is stunning with lovely artwork and decor. Swimming pool was beautiful and loved the jacuzzi. A little cold in the pool most of the time as the buildings cover the sun. Fantastic gym! We went for drinks to their bar at 2pm and they didn't offer us the alcohol menu. When we specifically asked for it and then asked for signature drinks from it, we were told it wasn't available as the mixologist wasn't there and would be in at 4pm. We went again for pre dinner drinks, listened to lovely live music and again the signature drink I wanted wasn't available! Asked for a simple margherita and they charged us a price that was more than their signature drink prices! Many of the drinks like the beers on the menu was not available. Bar food was bland and mediocre. Was disappointing. Went out for an early dinner and came back to the hotel. Both of us felt very hungry at about 11.30pm and ordered the only meat pizza they had on their in room dining 24/7 menu and they tell me 15mins later that the pizza is not available! When we checked out, we weren't even asked how our stay was ..guess they didn't want any feedback or cared enough to know if we enjoyed our stay or not. We have been to Raffles in other countries and by far this was the most disappointing experience. Overall felt more like a business hotel

Amazing hotel. Clean, great amenities. Just disappointed by the breakfast. Some stew were absolutely disgusting (had some beef stew that was harder than a tyre). English breakfast selection was also not on counter

Stayed there with my mum for 4D3N on 31 March, upgraded to Garden View Suite on 22nd floor. Room was equipped with kitchennette, hall and two toilets. Access to Raffles Club facilities comes with free breakfast, high tea and evening cocktail for two. You may choose to have breakfast at Raffles Club or the Art Cafe (buffet).

Overall a great experience staying here. Service is good but the butler services is not as good and tailor made compared to the other newly five star hotels in Jakarta The hotel design is a quite classic but and feel timeless rather than an old vibes

I had an amazing shirt stay at Raffles Jakarta. Service & cleanliness was superb! Breakfast was delicious. A special shout-out to waiter Ananda for the good service:)

房間寬敞、明亮、大氣，給了很安靜的客房，洗漱間和衣帽間的動線很好，方便收拾東西。客房就在游泳池上面，住得很舒服。管家Valen（李慈晶）很貼心，給太太準備了生日蛋糕，賀卡和生日歌一起慶祝生日，Raffles誠意滿滿。早餐廳各位經理也很友善，積極交流對食品的需求，客觀地説，menu上單獨點的是精華，都很好吃，牛排和藍莓餡餅尤其驚艷。Raffles,Jakarta,I would come back！
