kebersihan dan kelengkapan sabun dan shampo, air panas tidak nyala, kasur dan sprei sudah lama perlu diganti, selebihnya mantaps

Worst apartment stay ever, Aircon was blocked by the wardrobe and temperature inside the room was hot all day. Cockroaches crawl out in the night and tiny insects crawl around the stove, to find food. The wardrobe was tearing off the corners and on the first day, my kid was badly cut and bled in the arm. My wife applied plaster to stop the bleeding. There is no daily cleaning service and only by chance they asked if my room needed cleaning and if I wanted my bedsheets changed, it is not automatic. The smell in the room came from somewhere in the toilet and won't go away. The electrical power running on tokens almost shut down and when I checked out it was at 5% remaining and constant feedback to the duty staff was not actioned. The only bright spot about the horror apartment was the Netflix and large tv which gave comfort to the untenable 5 days stay.
