hotel staff are deaf and dumb . They are not capable to resolve even a minor fault. Pathetic and horrible hotel to stay.

very close to the airport (10minutes), near and clean, good furnishing above all Great Host! We just wanted a place to pass the night to catch an early morning flight, other hotels were booked so took a chance with this one and it turned out to be a Gem. we were tired and tried the hotel restro and the food was fantastic, presented in a clean decent, nice ambience. Above all the host lady was very gracious. we requested am early morning checkout and she offered a packed breakfast without asking!!

I will not recommend hotel red carpet to my friends and relatives. First of all they allotted me a ground floor room with double bed and told me that all other room is booked. they allotted me a better room in 3rd floor with one extra single bed but from 2nd day lift was out of order. Even they did not offer us welcome drink when i reminded them they told me they will serve on next day but they didn't. Rain water coming through the window above comode in such a way it was not possible to use comode during shower. The only good thing is room and bathroom are clean and good but overpriced in comparison to similar hotel.

I am 64 old. Little difficalty walk to 104 room. They put me in the lift when it closed the lift not putting my things in lift that lift had problem i taped loudly then only tried to open. Then i do not know which direction i have to go and find out my room. Room was very hot. I tried my best to find out the reason. Ac was 29 degree celsius. Then put ac on 19. After few minutes 3 ledies came to my room one of the lady worked with ac. I asked for tv not working. So i bad experiences from red carpet hottel. Good byto red carpet now. Thanks all.
