Food - very poor location - very bad location no transport available as it’s uphill. Not many people are aware of this. And it is quite far so not people will to go facilities - very poor, it’s like a home stay but people are claiming it to be a resort housekeeping - unhygienic place insects on bed, unclean towels, unclean bed sheet. Stinky rooms people - the only nice thing are people there ready to help despite the limitations google maps are still showing back-road to the hotel and it is not updated

Cl-ark exotica is located far off from the city without any transportation facilities. There are no tourist places for sightseeing. Hotel is running with a minimal staff. One always feel lack of staff causing delays in room services, food etc. Tourists are made to wait for food, cleaning and other basic amenities. There’s no reception desk for any queries. Also hotel shall paste menu price list in full display if those are chargeable. Or at best should make customers aware of services included in the booking.

The rooms are designed beautifully but not planned correctly. There is only one power socket available. Tv doesn't have many channels. Poor wifi connection and the food is average. Also the location is far from the city area. Not worth the money i would say. Staff is also not very trained.

Property is good, but not properly maintained. Not very apt for families with kids. Food quality is very poor, not worth the price, doesn't seem fresh. I had breakfast on 2 consecutive days, menu options were limited and same. Services were OK. Property is quite far from city, and one will need personal vehicle. Check-in and Check-out were smooth. It was an OK property.

Location - the hotel is very close to the airport around 7kms in distance. Food - we were quite disappointed with the quality of food both veg and seafood. Also, the kitchen staff takes more than 45 mins to prepare the food and serve on the table. Restaurant was empty most of the time with no guests inside. Amenities - the hotel has great interiors and quite colorful ***** with a swimming pool and walking area around the hotel. Services - we were extremely happy with staff and their level of service.

Location was far from the city and property is way way over priced. Pool was the only good thing. The food they serve was bad, fish was smelly and chicken was raw. Dal was stale. No fun actually i should get partially refunded it was that bad an experience anyways it’s on the hill side of port blair so one can try

Quite place, located on the edge of the city, far from the main city. Courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are in good condition and spacious. Limited variety in food.
