Location,good amenities and services are very good. It is very good location and behaviour of all staff is very good

At the time of check in they sent the luggage in 1 hour and on the dinner table they were serving after 45 minutes. Horrible service.

The hotel truly justifies its tagline “where hospitality meets the bay” and we did checked in to comfort

The hotel tariff is high as per it's standard. The restaurant is good. The bar is very low standard with the chairs almost shaking. They should really change it. The room is very old needs renovation. I would recommend booking your hotel in marina park area if you are in port blair for vacation.

4. Ts g emerald view hotel is located on phoenix bay about 3 km from veer savarkar international airport portblair, andaman i. E. Strategically located near airport and market. Rooms are good and as per 3 star facilities. Service : it's lagging behind other similar hotels. Let me put this with instances: they had compulsory christmas eve celebration party at their tugs grand hotel and they had provided for to and fro transit from emerald to grand. The function was from 7pm to 10:30 pm and they told us to come to lobby by 7. The bus arrived at 8 pm. Teuely mismanaged affair. Secondly, we asked for tea bags and creamer ( called the reception two times 45 minutes) but it didn't arrive. I personally went to reception and there i was told that she had already 8ndormed the house keeping. I went to house keeping and she said the messages put in the system by reception wasn't clear. Surely there is a lack of coordination between the teams. Anyhow, i collected the stuff myself. The good thing is that they guided me correctly for local tour. Food at the restaurant was good. The staff there was very cooperative and humble. Parking is insufficient and you won't find parking for your car as the space for 2 cars is always occupied.

I stayed here in september this year. I had a very pleasant stay. Access to lift from the lobby is a only concern.

Small room. Bad view. Smelly. For the third person, there was only a mattress on the floor but not a bed no toiletries in the washroom. The food is costly but not great.
