Room were smelling and most of things were not working like water issue in washrooms etc. It was located at good location but seems that property is not maintained for years. However we managed our stay due to family but would not advice anyone to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is a 1 star. The property is outdated and dirty. The staff is very courteous and mr das( gm ) is a very helpful person. However the property itself needs upgrade the skill level of staff is also not that great. Needs big improvement. Breakfast menu 4/10. No choices. Idle, poha, etc.

Location is good, room facilities good, clean room, staff behaviour is good. As we have to leave hotel early in the morning the packed sandwiches were average.

This is a good value for money hotel. North indian food is good. Lots of stuff on their menu but whatever we asked for was not there. By island standards, it is a bit out of the town. Staff were very courteous. One of the restaurants was good. The buffet restaurant had a strange odour and needs to be corrected. All in all was a good, clean, functional hotel.
