南安普敦大港萊昂納多酒店 (Leonardo Royal Southampton Grand Harbour)

Room was dirty light not working in shower. Second room was dirty very dark at night . Staff I dealt with to complain no customer service at all ended up in tears told me would have to leave then backed down and offered me all sorts still didn’t make up for dirty beds would never go back and do not recommend very old and dated

這是第二次入住這家酒店。這次入住時發現客房進行了重新裝修，整體環境比之前有所改善，但設施相較於許多同級別酒店來説還是略顯落後。泳池衹有一個，面積不大；SPA也比較熱門，這次沒能預約上。整體體驗中規中矩，沒有特別出彩的地方。以1700的價格來看，如果放在國內，大概相當於漢庭的水平。不過考慮到這是在英國，整體來説還是可以接受的，衹能説英國的酒店業整體確實比較滯後。

應該是新裝修過的酒店，房間還是不錯的，但是衞浴真的很老舊，站在浴缸裡洗澡，水流小且溫度不夠，洗個澡太難受，洗髮水瓶子裡應該灌的沐浴露，頭髮澀極了，還沒有護髮素。酒店沒有一次性洗漱用具和拖鞋，全部需要自備。這酒店住了3晚，每天的早餐種類都是一摸一樣，不會再次入住！

A fantastic hotel that's in a great location and has parking (paid). The service was great and the reception team were top class. Enjoyed using the gym, steam room, pool and sauna too- they were very clean. Will definitely be returning.

When you walk into this hotel you are welcomed by friendly reception staff in a grand lobby which smells divine. There is iced fruity water and fruit available. I booked a balcony room which was very spacious although a little worn around the edges. The bed was large and comfortable but the pillows were not good and could do with replacing. There was a large TV with multiple channels and tea and coffee facilities. There was a dressing table with poor lighting but decent mirrors, spacious wardrobe and area for dressing and shelf for suitcase. The bathroom was large with toilet and also bidet, a regular sized bath but very small shower. The water didn’t run away too well in the shower tray so I ended up with several inches of water in the tray. There was hand wash and lotion available. The balcony was more like a ledge and was not not wide enough to even have a chair outside but it was very pleasant with the door open and the sun shining through in the evening. It was nice to stand on the ledge and watch the cruise ships come in and out. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and upgraded me to free parking for the two days that I stayed which was great. I didn’t eat in the hotel as there are numerous cafes and restaurants in the area. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

第二次來修鹹頓了，第一次住在對面的假日酒店，看到這家酒店，所以這次一定要住一下，不錯，比想象中的還要好，乾淨衞生整潔！

We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The facilities exceeded our expectations – everything was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and beverages, everything was beautifully presented and replenished regularly. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our experience was seamless from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d happily recommend this hotel to others!

Booked this hotel as a birthday treat for myself, did mention in the notes that the stay was for my birthday and was greeted with a bottle of wine chocolates and a birthday card from the hotel and a stay in a really lovely room made my day.

Hotel was in a great place for use close to West Quay. Well looked after staff very helpful would have no worries stopping there again.

Old hotel with small room. Location is good, short walk to West Quay Mall, breakfast is ok except the croissant is excellent.
