Very happy with my stay in Southampton. The hotel is excellent as follows: 1. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks. 2. Breakfast is not bad at all. It would be nice to have a few options of yogurt. 3. The room is clean. 4. Had lunch in the cafe. Nice and peaceful.

離火車站步行不算近，在公園的一角，房間還算乾淨，我們沒有吃早餐，步行逛了市中心，乘公交車去了溫徹斯特，南安普頓大學，乘火車去了侏羅紀海岸

酒店位置很好，周邊很熱鬧，又鬧中取靜。房間很大，床很舒服，知道我們擔心床太小，前台貼心的給我們升級成了一大一小兩張床的房間，態度很贊。

Stayed for 2 nights as we took part in the 10k walk for Cancer on the Fri night.....this night was a good night!however on the Sun morning at 6am we were woken by a noise which can only be described as a cistern emptying or a burst pipe!!we were looking forward to a nice lie in and chilled morning!but unfortunately because of this loud noise we couldnt get back to sleep!so we actually checked out around 715!im sorry but this ISNT acceptable and it really made our stay a whole lot worse!

Wouldn’t recommend staying here Premier Inn is better for your money plus the excuses and lack of communication and service being woken up by fire alarm without any warning was a joke. I’d highly recommend Premier Inn if you’re staying in Southampton. PLUS THE BREAKFAST AT LEONARDO GAVE US FOOD POISONING.

Room is spacious and clean. Easy checkin and checkout. Nicloe at reception is super friendly and helpful. But there is a guy is so mean (didnt get his name, probably Aryvu). Even I was queued next but he just went served other customers and told me to wait. I complained to him and he just ignored me. I was so upset. Good value. Within 10mis walk from town center and shops. Changed 3 different rooms but still has problem with air-conditioning. Lucky the window can be opened a bit. I had issue with the shower head (no host). But may be just my own problem since I am not tall enough with such low water pressure.

Hotel was great, a very comfortable bed and all the amenities you need, especially a fridge. However, we ate in the restaurant one night, and it took ages for the food to be served once ordered and was Luke warm when it arrived. Apparently, they were short staffed at the time, and one of the bar staff was serving us who knew nothing about what food was on offer. Otherwise, it's a great hotel but won't be dinning there again - sorry!
