火車站出來就可以看到酒店的logo，步行幾分鐘，有點繞，但是還算好找，早餐種類較少，勉強是可以吃飽的，但是房間沒有吹風機。

It is exactly what it says on the tin! A budget hotel. We’re used to staying in Travelodge, Premier Inn and Holiday Inn but this was by far the most basic of them all. Odd set up of bathroom facilities in room. Sink and mirror in the bedroom and then straight into the shower from the bedroom too, leading to a bit of a flood of water coming into the bedroom when getting in and out of the shower. Toilet was in a separate closet. Tight squeeze at the end of the bed to get to the other side. Clean but small. Made our inside cruise cabin look massive in comparison. Breakfast is included but it is a very basic continental offering. 3 cereals, bread for toasting, mini croissants and pain au chocolat, cheese, ham, jam and marmalade.

好basic的一間酒店。因為我們三個人入住，感覺十分擠迫。浴室與廁所分開，淋浴間的門是半透明及不能鎖上。唯一感滿意是有自助洗衣乾衣。

Room was lovely. Small but with a good double and a nice single above it. Shower was great. Toilet fine All fine. Wish there was tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was patchy, but refills of bread came eventually. Coffee machine was fixed. It is possible to upgrade for breakfast at nearby Ibis. Southampton has some great sites, like Bargate.

酒店有點舊，也沒有空調，而且前台的小姐姐服務一般般，好處是開車方便，去海邊也方便，樓下也有很多商場和麥當勞

酒店設施和國內20年前縣城的站前小旅館差不多，好在前台服務不錯，耐心，周邊距離Southampton central火車站很近，周邊還有麥當勞，吃飯問題很好解決

I am making a request for a full refund for my breakfast payment. First of all, the receptionist was adamant that I didn't pay for breakfast. I had to argue with him for him to finally agree that I had prepaid for seven breakfasts. Secondly, we we got to breakfast, around 10:00 am everything was finished. No cereal, no eggs, no juice, no toast, no nothing. The excuse was that they were fully booked and breakfast is all out. So, I respectfully request a full refund for the seven breakfast I paid for. Great for an overnight before or after your cruise. Great location as it close to cruise port and town centre . Would definitely use Ibis again for our next visit. Plain and simple hotel , friendly staff on front desk to help .
