依據Google map ，很容易找到，我提早到，依然讓我入住，非常感謝！入住時，如能提供住宿憑證（網路也可）,會讓入住更順利！我的房間有洗手檯，廁所與浴室是共用的，廚房很大，但是附近買菜購物似乎不是很方便，離Southampton Central火車站走路約20-25分鐘,因為我喜歡走路，所以也走到劇院！

Ensuite room was adequate, with kettle & coffee etc, also a fan which was great as very warm. Kitchen available with microwave and washing machine. Digital lock on door a puzzle, took several attempts to open. Front door lock broken. Shower cubicle has several areas of no grout. Room and general areas could do with a touch up paint.

accidently booked the wrong dates, couldn’t get through to anyone after ringing and ringing as well as leaving a numerous messages. communication skills are pretty useless. never had this problem before with any other air bnb company. £40 quid down the drain..

It was terrible to be there... No heating, no private toilet, even no spoon to stir the coffee, no washbasin in toilet. Hole in the towel... Like seriously...😒😳

Booking was for Sunday night phone number given on booking on the Friday to ask about about access codes and was told they would be sent to me Sunday morning and the don’t arrive by text or email I turned up at property and couldn’t get access so had to sleep in my works van , very terrible situation

This is a self check in property, but you are not able to contact them, no email, only have phone number but never succeeded to reach them. I need to contact booking agent in the morning of the check in date, and back and forth over an hour to get access info., terrible experience. To be fair, the room quality is good base on the price.
