Very disappointing experience. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but that is where the positives end. The management was extremely poor. Even though our reservation was confirmed and fully approved, we arrived late at night after a long and exhausting journey and were forced to wait nearly two hours before being allowed to check in. The room had almost no basic amenities. There was no refrigerator, no kettle for making tea or coffee, no complimentary water, not even proper drinking glasses, no drawers, and no slippers. The room felt completely under-equipped and uncomfortable. The building itself is attractive, but the service and management are close to zero. For the price paid, the value was extremely poor. I would not recommend this hotel and suggest that travelers spend their money elsewhere, as there are many better options available. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had.
