Disgusting experience, everything dirty and malfunctioning - tv broken, fridge broken so no cool water with 47 degrees outside, no working AC, shower malfunctioning. We changed room 4 times and staff was very fed up with us, giving us mad faces and attitude when it's their fault they don't have nothing working. So called "Hotel" is absolutely disgusting, we had the worst time and I wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy Had to pay double for a room with a sea view even though when I booked it said it was included in that room

When I reached the hotel, I said , I have booking, the lady in the reception said there is no booking for your name. The booking reference has not been found. Until I showed them the confirmation email and the date. The location is nice which is front of the beach. There is no people in the hotel. I think because of their bad services. The service is bad, the facilities are terrible. There were not towels, no shampoo , no soap and no tissues. We were three people, they did not provide us with basics things until we asked them many times. They did not clean the room until we asked them to do that. The breakfast was on tray, one egg, butter, tranches of bread, small piece of cake, cup of coffee, it is not allowed to ask them to give you more from anything. During breakfast, we asked for water, they said there is no water in their restaurant to have our medication. I do not recommend it unless they charge their system..

Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht richtig. Essen ist nicht gut. Service könnte besser sein. Keine Steckdosen vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktioniert.
