Marigot Bay Dive Resort is an excellent place to stay if you want a relaxed, authentic experience in Saint Lucia. The location is stunning, set right on the water and surrounded by lush green hills, giving the whole resort a peaceful, secluded feel while still being right in the heart of Marigot Bay. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, many with balconies overlooking the bay, so you wake up to calm water and boats drifting past. The atmosphere is quiet and laid-back, perfect for switching off rather than staying in a busy, commercial resort.

The location is excellent, and the staff are hard working. However, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing, resulting in an overall 1-star rating. The facilities including the property is very basic. If you've booked any tours, be aware that the breakfast start time is often later than the stated 8:00 AM. They are not ready until 8.30 am, and after the order, it takes 30-45 minutes for breakfast to arrive. The brrakfast options are also minimal, tough if you are a vegetarian and we were disappointed that there was nothing local. If you are looking to stay holed up in a room with a view, book here. Else find someplace else to stay.
