Overall, the place is good. Maybe not the best for foreign tourists. It’s more of a convention place for Indonesians. ATM is 15 minutes away walking. Plastic keys are a bit worn out but the room is very good. A view from my room and from the top floor is fantastic. Location wise maybe it could have been better to be closer to the ferry but a grab ride was only 50000 idr. Service was generally good but there were a number of misunderstandings all of which were resolved.

very unfortunate, the room was dirty and smells dusty. amenities is not complete, TV is not working and the air conditioning wasn’t cool.

The amenities are bad quality, you only get a little bit of soap and shampoo, there is no handsoap and the tootbrush is so fragile. the breakfast is most horrible. the food is not tasty at all, very plain and the chef is so smelly. you will loose your appetite straight away and want to vomit.
