Worst experience. Run away! I've traveled all over Asia and I've never been treated like that. To start with, the air conditioning didn't work/cut off every 5 minutes. We were very hot during the nights. Then, they offered us breakfasts by showing us the mention "1 free meal + a drink" as if it were the case per day when it was just the first time. In addition, the prices are not written on the menu which can lead to unpleasant surprises. If you plan to go to Paradise Cave, make sure you go there on your own! The host made us go through his "partner agency" insisting several times that we take the $110 package instead of the initial $50 one. No matter, the group excursion is useless and just serves to take money from you! Finally, we got back late at night, so there was no one at the reception desk, and we left early in the morning to catch our bus again, with no one at the reception desk. What a surprise when, once on the bus and sleeping, the driver woke me up to answer a phone number that was actually the host, demanding I pay $100 😂 Or they'd call the police! A very strange way to manage customers. They're demanding the price of the outing (when we thought we were supposed to pay the agency directly because they sent me a message on Wattsap to pay them) + what we ate 😂 Really run away, there are plenty of better hotels nearby.

Очень красивый вид из углового номера на реку и горы. Завтрак в их кафе тоже с таким же видом. Гостеприимные, приветливые хозяева. Номер небольшой, но на 1-2 дня вролне хороший вариант. Единственный минус - это периодически текущий кондиционер. Мы проснулись ночью от того что из него буквально полилась вода. Пришлось его выключить и спать немного в духоте.

Маленький гостевой дом на берегу реки. Виды завораживающие. Вкусный завтрак.

Из окна номера хороший вид на реку, по которой постоянно идут лодки к пещерам.Завтрак также проходит на веранде с красивым видом на реку и лодки.Место романтичное, находится недалеко от лодочной станции.

The location directly by the river is beautiful and very peaceful. Phong Nha itself is a lovely and relaxed place. The atmosphere at the property was calm and quiet, which I really appreciated. However, there were some organizational issues. The room I originally booked was overbooked, and although we found a solution with the transfer, it was still disappointing. Communication was sometimes difficult as only the reception staff spoke good English. I had booked and paid for breakfast for two people. On my early arrival day, I was offered breakfast but later charged extra for it, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. The laundry service was returned slightly damp and I had to ask for it again before checkout. Overall, a beautiful and quiet place to stay, but service and communication could be improved.

What an amazing stay. Hung is a great host. Breakfast was great. He helped me book the cave and excursions and the taxi to the airport. The view from the hotel is just breathtaking. Amazing option. Would stay again.

Overall, I have a good impression of the family who runs this accommodation. The location is excellent, right by the river, and the people are very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good and enjoyable. What I did not like was the fact that we stayed in December, when the humidity was extremely high. The windows were constantly wet, and the room developed a musty smell. We had to keep the air conditioning on all the time to manage the humidity, but then the room became very cold. In general, it is a rather chilly accommodation, especially in winter, but the river view is absolutely beautiful and makes up for it.
