We had a restful stay at the hotel with the help of staff, especially, Manager Sanjay, Ms Amisha, and Mr Abhishek Bisht. The room was clean, and the food was tasty.

We had to ask for the delay welcome drinks, the bathroom drainage was poor, they charged us for a complimentary in-room snack (Pringles) and room upgrade was denied. Moreover at the time of check out, no valet was available

Check in, check out is an ordeal. Buffet Dinner was laid an hour late. Food quality is below average. The price one pays for this ordeal is a rip off. Discourages me to book Sarovar Portico again.

One of my best stays. Very humble and cooperative staff from desk to room service. Very kind and affectionate attitude. Food is equally good. Restaurant staff very friendly and service is top notch. Overall a great experience at sarovar as always. Keep up the good work

I had a fall at their breakfast buffet and injured my knee. The accident was due to water all over the floor which was unattended. Saw the same situation the next day - the team had to be told again to clean it. The leadership team was supportive and offered help but this kind of accident should not happen in the first place. A good reputed hotel should put customer’s safety above all else and i felt my safety was compromised in this stay.
