Good room need cleaning in ground level rooms. Find insects and cockroach in room while I was sleeping staff is good and near hotel honest food is fantastic

Property was clean and neat. Service was also very fine. Location of the hotel was very convenient to nearby site seeing points. Overall a good experience at Hotel Sun plaza somnath Gujrath

My name is Pushpendra Mishra, booked 2 rooms in Hotel Sun Plaza. But I arrived early in the morning they didn't picked the call denied to gave entry. I requested to give only one room for 10-15 minutes and will later take the room around 4 o clock. But denied to give any room. Later we have taken another room near the temple and completed my darshan. But I later found to complaint against such misbehave and such harrasment where all money is already paid in booking that the owner is someone from other community Such thinking and behaviour is not in our religion. I requested to all devotees please think before booking.

The room was good but the washroom had a distinct odour which remained for the entire duration of stay. The room freshener or some other means needs to be employed to handle the odour throughout the day.
