Hotel staff is soft spoken ,very good and cooperative . Hotel is nearly 1.5 km away from somnath temple and is easily accessible

location was good, but they miss use the trust of the customer because it was conjusted area. Rather than when we went in room the dustbin of the washroom was full of diapers. T. V was not in working condition. They did not provide any facilities like dental kit, and kettle was absent with other stuff.They were not responding properly only ignoring. You need to ask many times any things. I suggest to go to VITs SOMNATH GATE WAY we went there after disappointment, In the same cost in VITS we have received every amenities. Think before spending in OM hotel.

The rooms are quite small and the overall experience was very average. One major inconvenience was that the air conditioning is controlled at the reception, requiring a call every time to adjust the temperature or turn it on. Additionally, the phones in the room were not working, making it even more difficult to communicate with the staff.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at somnath. Rooms were very untidy and stinky. Bed was full of insects and mosquitoes. Washroom fittings and walls were full of stains and floor was also dirty. Even after telling the staff to wash it properly they did not clean it. Hygein was highly compromised in food as well. Buffet breakfast was not upto the mark. Cold and stinky food was served. Even the staff was very rude with the guests who were requesting them to keep the property clean. For such a poor service they are charging exorbitant rates. Please do not stay at this property.

Hotel stay , location, cleanliness is good. But they should give atleast complimentary 1 Litre of water bottle per person with a stay rather than 1/2 ltr bottle.
