食物很一般，看似種類多但並不好吃水果不新鮮，尤其草莓拿了一些基本都是爛的，甜點做的也很粗糙，果汁不知道兌了多少水服務員態度很差，很不禮貌，臉色很臭

前幾天入住體驗非常不錯，但是後面想去赫爾格達玩發現打不到車，要等很久才有車。某天吃完飯時發現水果不太新鮮，沒太注意直接吃了，當天晚上妻子就上吐下瀉。第二天去吃午飯時候，又發現用的食材是頭一天晚上剩下的。這樣的食物真的很令人掃興。

Overall, the hotel is good, and the stay was enjoyable. However, the main downside is the location, as it is around 50 km away from Hurghada. Another issue is with local taxis. Unfortunately, some taxi drivers overcharge tourists and ask for payment in Euros, which is not fair. For example, if you are paying around 90 Euros per night for the hotel, it does not make sense to pay 40 Euros for a taxi ride. By Egyptian law, payments should officially be made in Egyptian Pounds, not foreign currency. Some taxi drivers may ask for around 2400 EGP for a 訂房網站, which is far above the normal local price. Situations like this can negatively affect the hotel’s reputation and may cause the hotel to lose customers in the long term, even though the issue is not directly the hotel’s fault. A much better solution is to use Uber or similar ride apps, where the same 訂房網站 can cost around 500 EGP with transparent pricing.

Я отдыхал с 17 по 26 мая, отель отличный, всё включено, на ресепшене встретили хорошо, позже дали комнату, рестораны хорошие, всегда блюда из морепродуктов, официанта молодцы, в отеле всё работает, пляж идеально чист, всегда найдется свободные лежаки, были экскурсии, все понравилось, спасибо

A perfect Stay in Amarina Abu Soma - I need to thank all the staff as they were very professional starting from Mrs Mariam and Mr Bassam on the reception as they made all things perfect and upgrade our rooms and Mrs Nermin and Mr Mohamed Atef on Guest relation as they arrange the birthday party surperise for our kid and help us on all resturants reservation and I much recommend the Italian resturant - pools are very good and heated and tge pool bar was very cooperative - food was variable and delcious and I think we will repeat it again as soon as possible.

Хороший отель,правду немцов много)Русскоязычных по пальцам посчитать,ну и ладно. Номера хорошие по будням ещё в полдник разносили корзины с фруктами,пляж рукой падать 100 метров.Море чистое. Wi fi хороший ловит везде,анимация на 5.Тенис играли, бсеплатно,пляжный волейбол тоже топ. Еда вкусная,персонал 5+ Креветки наелись отдуши. ну по вечерам скучновато ни какого движа для взрослых кроме теликов в лобби и футбола. Пиво не Stella а кегах 4% тоже хорошее правду не напьёшься его как детское ну ладно это мои придирки. В целом поедем туда ещё раз,всё понравилось

Hotel was absolutely unbelievable!! The hotel was absolutely stunning! Lovely, exceptionally clean, modern, beautiful scenery! All of the bar and waiting staff were 5* with their service! Always smiling and going above and beyond with their service!!! All day and all night 100000%/10!!!! Our cleaner was amazing we were room 2110! Always did something new with our room and always was lovely and always was welcoming and bubbly!! The food was really good! I have to say one of the best all Inclusive hotels I’ve eaten in! I’ve worked in these hotels and it was waaay better !!! We are in the Chinese restaurant! All I have to say is WOW! The service, to the table, the waiters, the manager, the food!! Absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond for my Birthday to make it super special! Will definitely be returning to this hotel 😍🤩

Tolles Familienhotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, das Essen abwechslungsreich und lecker. Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich. Lediglich die musikalische Hintergrundbeschallung während Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen im Hauptrestaurant war unterirdisch schlecht und nervtötend.
