I recently stayed at the Alila Solo Hotel and my overall experience was just OK. The facilities were decent, and the rooms were comfortable enough. However, my visit was marred by bad parking experiences. The parking area was crowded and poorly organized, leading to a less-than-pleasant experience when the hotel’s ballrooms were hosting events during my stay. While not a terrible stay, improvements in parking management would certainly enhance the guest experience.

Luar biasa.. hotel memang bagus dan megah.. saya menginap karena ulang tahun, dikasih kejutan decor di kamar dan kue secara cuma cuma.. pelayanannya baik sekali.. dari mulai check in hingga check out

Quite satisfied staying here. Apart from the complete facilities, all the staff are friendly. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Car parking is also spacious. The hotel location is not far from the shopping mall but a bit far from the city center.
