Ziva suites is an excellent property with very welcoming staff. Food at coastal spice was very tasty. Swimming pool is maintained well. Reception staff were very responsive and arranged cab as per our request

Food 10/10, property 10/10, service 10/10, staff, 10/10, location 5/10. Everything was just perfect just the location there was no good road to reach the hotel and construction work was going on on the road from both sides on the last day

It was a great pleasure with comfortable stay. Staff was very humble. Room are clean. Property located in hub. Nearby thalasa club was awesome and real goa vibes. Premium suits are spacious with huge balcony and bathroom

Very good property and very good behaviour of staff and food quality is awesome and all amenities very good but property location road is very harsh so some difficulty faces

Stayed in the first week of february, 2025. Property was well maintained and clean all throughout. Courteous staff and good food at breakfast. Only turn off was no complimentary mineral water bottle. However, upon requesting they allowed one bottle/day.

Best stay in goa ever good food, awesome stay. Best amenities & services in affordable prices. I have never seen that the owner of the hotel serves you the breakfast by himself. A good property i must say. It's only 500 meters from thalasa
