酒店很新淨，房間乾潔， 浴室花灑水壓很充足。 但酒店shuttle bus 上車點不清晰，找了很久。 不是在arrival 那邊的、是先要乘shuttle tram 去station 個邊才有上車點。向 前台電話查詢也沒有說清楚，只説是international airport under the train station ….可以畫個圖在網頁方便查詢。 有待改善。

Nice room, clean, location is a bit strange lack of road markings and signs, easily miss the entry if turning right when driving in the dark, plenty of car parking spaces, but a hefty charge of 12gbp even that it belongs to them, a little bit of pocket picking, would rather pay a higher price for the room and park for free will feel better. Swimming pool is cold, but jacuzzi is correct temperature. Steam sauna is pointless because its 40 degree max. Gym room quite small but its enough to lose a few calories.

Beautiful hotel and service. The only one thing I would say is the bar for a drink at night is not cosy, the lighting for night is too harsh and not enough comfy cosy seating . Everything else was amazing

Dealt with a lovely lady called Shavari Kawli.Her customer service was absolutely amazing.10/10.. the hotel is minutes away from the nec and Birmingham international airport.
