Excellent hotel resort and parks! It's all inclusive. Everyone is very nice, the hotel has many restaurants with different kinds of food, international, local and fusion cuisines. Many activities all day and night. It's one of the best hotels in the world with many awards. Recreational themes parks all included! Best vacation ever. Looking forward to coming back.

Lo mejor del hotel es la comida. Sin embargo, la experiencia no fue todo lo que esperaba. Tenía que llamar en la noche para que rellenaran las amenidades incluidas (como dulces y jabones). Todo el tiempo están intentando vender noches adicionales, vinos o la membresía del hotel. No respetan el tiempo del huésped que pagó para utilizar las facilidades y comidas no queremos perder tiempo en ventas. En un todo incluido no quiero pensar en tener que comprar nada. Menos en un hotel de este calibre que se pago tanto la noche.

쾌적하고 다영한 즐길거리가 있는 숙소 하지만 외부일정 많은 날엔 굳이 굳이 여기까지 올 필요는 없을듯하다 일박에 백만원이 넘는곳이니 말이다.. 호텔존과 플라야 델카르멘 툴룸족 등 다양하게 여행 목적에 맞기 섞어서 놓은다면 좀 더 경제적으로도 만족스렂게 놀 수 있지 않을까 싶다

Excellent hotel resort and parks! It's all inclusive. Everyone is very nice, the hotel has many restaurants with different kinds of food, international, local and fusion cuisines.
