It was a wonderful stay. The hotel staff called to inform of my daughter’s spectacles left behind in the room and got it delivered in her school. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Restaurant staff is coperative , towels are very dirty , rooms are average. very less parking space as per the accommodation

I stayed in their suite as I have a toddler. But It was not spacious. The bathroom was very tiny. There was no garden/lawn. Overall it disappointing as price was high but it didn't had much to offer. Even, breakfast buffet had far lesser items than normal breakfast buffet at other lemon tree hotels.

Location was a little away. No shops or anything nearby; but kasauli is a small town and resorts are generally away from the town. The hotel provided excellent valley views and a terrace with each room overlooking the valley. All necessary amenities of decent standard were available in the room which was large enough for a double room. The staff were very courteous and helpful. All of them. The food variety and taste was as expected from a hotel of the star level as lemon tree.
