Wifi was not working as hotel is undergoing renovation. Food was good. Service was decent. Room was spacious.

Hotel is under renovation. Should not have been on offer. Unclean beds and linen. Not worth value for money. Though located in main market area other aspects should not be neglected.

Lot of traffic noise throughout the night. Couldn't sleep the whole night. Pillow covers were not clean. Didn't try food

Good location. It’s located on the main road. Quick service. Polite staff. Good food. Overall experience was great. Rooms need makeover as there was damp on walls.

Property is situated at walking distance to mall road, rooms were big and clean, supportive staff and good food

I really enjoyed my stay, everyone was polite, room was pretty nice as well. Would recommend everyone to satay here.

I have booked the my stay in two parts,. I was told that despite being my first day for a basic room, i am being given super deluxe room for whole stay, merging my two bookings ( 1 day standard, 2 days super deluxe room) but my surprise turned horrible as the stay progressed. Pros - 1. Neat and clean room. 2. Nice view from the room. 3. Good location. Cons - 1. Wifi service not provided. 2. Telecom services not provided. For every requirement/ order/ request, i have to visit the reception counter. 3. Hot water/ geyser didn't work. Have to take bath in I cu cold water. 4. The hotel is a mixed-use campus, hosting marriages just adjacent to rooms, room was close to their kitchen area where tandoor furnaces were being used with a weird/ no exhaust system, my room was filled with burning furnaces's smoke from 3 pm and continued till 12 midnight. I kept on coughing whole night. 5. On 4th may there was a marriage party on same floor, which kept our ear drums vibrating til 11:30 pm, though when complained, we were told that music would be stopped. At 10:00 pm. That proved a false message. 6. Room lights weren't appropriate 2 lamps didn't work. 7. No complimentary water bottle provided, which is part of basic welcome kit. 7. Breakfast was booked for 4th may 2023 stay, it proved my worst experience as we were told to choose just one item plus 120 ml tea, per person. It wasn't a buffet system as a usual practice everywhere ( i was informed that if i need a simple bead sandwich or something else item that would be chargeable). In total, it was a terrific experience.

Not value for money. Cleanliness is so pathetic in room which was provided to us, finally we had to change our room by requesting to hotel manager.

The heater was not provided inspite of being asked 10 times. The meal which I ordered charged me extra as they did not tell me at first about the increased price of the meals.
