La receptie nu a fost aproape nimeni , in toate zilele iin care am stat acolo, baia avea scurgerea defecta, patul a avut saltele inconfortabile, in camera era un miros statut de tigara. Cel mai rau lucru a fost ca am vrut sa-mi cumpar micul dejun la locatie, avand aceasta posibilitate conform aplicatiei “訂房網站.com” Restaurantul a fost inchis iar managerul , cand l-am intrebat a spus ca nu are nicio responsabilitate in acest sens. In plus , nu raspunde nimeni la numarul de telefon de urgenta afisat pe toate geamurile hotelului. Nu voi reveni acolo!

We had a bad night at Aris. We were bitten by bedbugs and had to leave the hotel in a rush. We did not get breakfast and we did not intend to go there again but our next booking was not cancelled. Very bad experience. We will take this mater further.

We only had one day in Sofia. We arrived by bus and the hotel was a very easy 10 minute walk from the bus station. It is also very close to the city center by metro.
