I have resided at this location temporarily and felt comfortable and safe. The staff is super nice and are always willing to help or answer any questions. Unfortunately, there are guests who don't adhere to the policy of ESA and try to violate them. It's how the staff handles the issues.... quietly and professionally. I would recommend either a solo guest or an entire family.

Moldy smell upon room entrance. Spiders present. No hair dryer, conditioner, housekeeper. Wifi keeps disconnecting. Breakfast available are a few wrapped muffins, and bars with oatmeal. Only hot water, coffee, and tea available. Bathhub is not clean and drainage is not good either. If I were you, I would not come here.

I have stayed at several ESA locations. BY FAR.....Interstate N Pkwy location is the best on the Cobb County area. Super pet friendly!! Could do better on the breakfast items. But hands down, the staff is amazing. Property Mgr, Shawn does what he can to please and satisfy all of the customers, with the help of Alexis, Desmond, Mark, and Rene and the entire housekeeping staff.

There was a water leak at the hotel after hours. Water had to be turned off in oder to make repairs. The mgmt/staff handled the situation professionally, and water was restored in the middle of the night. They sprung into action immediately.
