該酒店出門不遠就有公共巴士站，巴士可直達希斯羅機場，機場與酒店距離較近，挺適合剛到達或者準備離境乘機的旅客。 前台員工和清潔員服務態度較好，遇問有答，耐心熱情。房間大小適中，總體衞生狀況可以。 有待改善：供暖不太穩定。

We used the hotel to stay the day before so that we can to get to LEGOLAND next day early morning. It’s very easier to across from the motorway and has a dedicated underground parking lot. We arrived when it was raining heavily therefore the parking helped a lot. Rooms were clean and nice and we had a bunkbed for our two kids. The only downside was the clearance between the top bunk bed and ceiling was really small and my son hit his head really hard. The hotel staff was really helpful and provided us with an ice pack as soon as possible. It’s extremely close to all Heathrow terminals as well as about 20 minutes driving distance from Windsor castle and LEGOLAND. I’d stay here again for sure.

The hotel was clean and tidy but there was the very minimum of staff who were run ragged dealing with the customers. To start with when checking in the staff could not find my booking even when presented with paperwork from myself it still took them 15 minutes to find the booking!. On looking at the evening food menu it was very limited and what was available looked to be a microwave meal. Early evening found out that the room did not have any hot water so i let the front desk know who said they would be up shortly to have a look. After waiting with no one turning up I went to the front desk again who informed me that they were sorry they had not been p and would have to move me. I was ok with this but there was no attempt by the hotel to help with the move. I found out on check out that the second room that i had booked also had no hot water. At breakfast it looked like there was just one man dealing with all the customers and breakfasts. I would not recommend this hotel until there were more staff and staff training carried out as there is not enough staff on to cope with a hotel of that size.

To been honest it was one of the worse hotel I have ever stayed we stayed for about half hour we left and booked another hotel it was Dirty the toilet wasn’t clean the bathroom was freezing no heater

地點在機場附近，但要搭接駁車才會到，接駁車並不便宜，附近什麼商店都沒有，但是是一個單純休息棒的地方，很乾淨

設施：設施很新，也很好看，很便捷 衞生：很乾凈 服務：服務很好，而且不用退房卡，直接走就可以了，很便利，並且還提供免費的早餐，離機場也很近，打車10分鐘左右就到了，特別方便。
