The location is good as there is direct bus to airport. The breakfast was pretty good, the staff is helpful. However there is no drinking water provided. There is M&S opposite the hotel.

Wasn't the best stay this time. Very noisy at night with a group of young people playing in the hallways and shouting. Room as always comfy and clean. Good shower good WiFi. Very average breakfast. Hotel is good at the £50-65 price range but if more than that there are better options around.

I had a great stay at this airport hotel. Despite being close to the airport, the room was very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the incuded breakfast, which was fresh and convenient. Overall, an excellent option for a comfortable and quiet stay near the airport.

Fiona the receptionist made our stay feel like we were at home, we stayed during the Fire at Heathrow Airport, Fiona the receptionist went over and beyond to ensure that had no added stress, she organised extra day efficiently & parking, Fiona’s professionalism & kindness were amazing. The Hotel was super clean, fresh decor/bedding/pillows/towels and the extras on request were super fast. All the staff were of the highest standards of professionalism. The stay also includes free delicious fresh English breakfast, also fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and breakfast to go bag if you’re flights leave before breakfast. All rooms have complimentary tea/coffee and hairdryers. This is 5/6 stay here. There are bus stops outside the hotel take you either to Slough/Hounslow West tube station/bus station, M4 is two mins by car, and M25 15-20 mins drive. Central London by car 40 min drive. This should be a 5* star hotel based on service amenities alone.

Slightly outdated but comfortable. Great receptionist. No airport shuttle to hotel from T5 (T5 hotel?), only flat rate taxi at 30£, too steep for a couple of miles. Shuttle from hotel to T5 at 9.90£.

This is a reasonable location for London travelers, the hotel does not operate it's own parking but uses a private parking behind that charges £16 per night without. The hotel price was reasonable that we paid for which includes two breakfast as well. However, don't expect too much from the breakfast, and we were disappointed with the quality of the foods and the variety of choices are not that many either. When you come to this hotel, first impression was that you are like landed in India.
