Where do I start? First of all, there's no way that's a hotel. It's a tiny flat or mini house in a local residential area with three small rooms at the first floor which are as apparently the guest rooms. The ground floor contains the living room and perhaps another room where the host lives. I spent less than five minutes there and left immediately feeling catfished. I realized that I made a mistake the second I entered the building. I was expecting some sort of hotel for a night stay for my family but I was shocked at the location and the residence. I cannot believe this is allowed to happen in 2026. Some dude, posting fake images of swimming pool, etc to entice people to spend their hard earned money on something that doesn't remotely match their expectation. 100% not recommending. Save your money and avoid.

Complaint Regarding Hotel Stay Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, although the check-in was expected earlier, I was not provided with a room until approximately 4:00 PM and had to wait for almost four hours. This caused significant inconvenience during my stay. Furthermore, I was asked to pay an additional £12 for the room, which was unexpected and not clearly explained. In addition, breakfast was included in my booking; however, I was still charged separately for it £20 including a couple of coffees. I believe this charge was incorrect and should not have been applied. I am disappointed with the service I received and would appreciate an explanation regarding these issues, as well as a review of the additional charges imposed during my stay.
