I absolutely would not recommend staying here. There was no hot water for showering, and the bathroom had no curtains. The elevator didn't reach the guest rooms directly, so guests had to take the elevator to the second floor with their heavy luggage, then walk down one flight of stairs. The hallway was filled with a strong smell of cigarette (even in the room). To leave the hotel, you had to walk up one floor and take the elevator to the reception. It was absolutely terrible. The photos were completely different from the actual room.

The place needs major maintenance work (water running down the wall!) and a refurb. They should bite the bullet and close while the work is done rather than losing their reputation by staying open and doing thinks piecemeal. Alarm kept going off until after 2:00am. It has great potential but I can’t recommend it at the moment.

Péssimo situação de manutenção, cheio forte de fomo com ventiladores no corredor para amenizar o cheio, toalhas de banhos encardidas e ralas, o serviço de quarto não fez troca de tolhas em 3 dias e ainda dobrou toalha molhada e colocou em cima da cama como se fosse limpa, pior café da manhã que já tomei

It’s been a rollercoaster with this hotel, and I was changing my mind about it a couple of times, but here’s the truth. The hotel is not 4 starts for sure, but for what this price can buy in high season in Malta it’s a very adequate deal. Don’t expect anything fancy or anything beyond the most basic amenities. The hotel is good for staying there to sleep, but not spending time there. Don’t bother with the roof terrace either, pool and tub waters are murky and don’t seem sanitary. I saw other peoples reviews and pictures and realized that I got the most OK room the hotel could offer. My next door neighbor was chain smoking in his room, and firstly the reception staff refused to do anything about it and bluntly said to my face that they won’t enforce hotels policies. But the reception manager next day helped me deal with the situation and was very nice and helpful in general about other touristy inquiries. Haven’t had breakfast, so can’t comment. Overall the hotel is okay for what it’s worth, but I recommend checking the room before accepting it just to be on the safe side. But it’s pretty obvious that it’s reasonable to expect what there is at this price point.

Slow Poor Unreliable Wifi. I ended up using my Mobile Data. Weak Shower water pressure. Toilet bowl looks dirty it has yellow stains that cannot be removed. On the good side, Room is big enough. Close to bus stop going to the airport. Has kettle, small fridge, safety deposit and A/C. No soundproofing, can hear other guests’ noise. Elevator makes weird loud noises and can be heard inside the room. I just felt dirty staying in this hotel. Breakfast is okay. Breakfast Staffs are very kind and helpful.

Pomimo opłaconej rezerwacji okazało się że nie mamy pokoju na następny dzień okazało się że nie mamy śniadań które były opłacone ogólnie nie polecam. Pokój z balkonem którego nie idzie otworzyć a winda jest taka że strach nią jechać

By far one of the worst places I’ve very stayed. Don’t bother booking the supreme room. None of the extras are available. Provided tea/coffe but No kettle. Fridge broken. A/C / heater not working. Room stank of cigarette smoke, when I asked to be moved they gave me an air freshener. The staff are lovely, but the hotel and management are old dated and inept. Everything is damp and mouldy

This is Not a 4 Star Hotel, More like 3 Star. Hotel was not able to give me a Room Access Card for 2 nights & had to depend on Reception to open Room for me. Only managed to get a Room Acess Card on 3rd Day, Attend to get my Euro 50.00 Deposit for my Room Access Card on Day 4 & Day 5 was not successful, Comment was NO money or instructions left behind Money. We checked in late, they didn’t have our reservation, the front desk made us pay 60 euros until morning (50, because that’s all we had), & once we got to our room there was 1 very thin sheet covering a bare mattress, no towels, or hygiene products. The picture look nothing like the actual hotel. The front desk (one man) wasn’t happy, took ~ 45 minutes to check us in, & help us. We left the hotel & have not heard back.
