迪KOKA酒店 (Hotel De KOKA)

Excellent place close to everything in Skopje. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good internet speed, lots of hot water, Fresh towels. I arrived early and was given my room inmediately. Excellent price and location.

El hotel está en muy buena ubicación para llegar a todos los sitios turísticos a pie. El alrededor es muy tranquilo y dispone de parking. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias aunque un poco desactualizadas.

Hotel çok merkezi konumda, en büyük avantajı bu. Ücretsiz araç park yeri olması da tercih sebebi diyebilirim. Odaların genel temizliği, ve konforu kötü. Yatakları sert ve rahatsız. Son olarak otelin kahvaltısı başarılı diyebilirim.

My experience with Hotel de Koka was extremely disappointing and disheartening. During a stressful time, I accidentally booked a reservation for July 28 instead of June 28. When I realized the mistake, I was hoping the hotel would understand and help me adjust the date. Instead, they were reluctant and seemed clueless on how to handle the situation. I was forced to pay for an additional night in a room that was full of mold and rot. The smell was terrible and even the linens were wet due to humidity. There were also sexual intercourse sounds coming through walls. It was a totally unsafe hotel. Given the late hour and our baby already asleep, I had no choice but to accept the situation. It felt like they took advantage of our vulnerability. The staff at the reception initially promised that the manager would be understanding, but the next day, both the manager and another manager-like staff member were cold and unsympathetic. They blamed me entirely for the mistake and refused to offer any assistance. Now, I am stuck with a reservation for a room I no longer need. This whole experience has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and sad. I expected much better customer service and compassion, especially under these circumstances. This has been a very upsetting experience.
