Room is simple and clean. Good location situated at the main town. Parking is not free during the weekdays & Saturday. Only the front counter service is not so good. Should have at least lead the customer where to go up the floors and how should we park our car as not all the customers are local from Perak. Please train them properly with what are the good services should be.

Hotel terbaik pernah kita stay ! Bersih sangat yee ! Staff pun friendly , yang penting ground floor ada bilik so if guest berkerusi roda or orang tua pun boleh jee kalau nak stay sini . Harga pun memang worth it dengan servis yang kita dapat . Kalau nak hairdryer boleh mintak kat kaunter , iron pun dah tersedia kat luar bilik , ada coway yee!

Hygiene Issues Unpleasant experience that the bathroom had visible mold, and there was a strong smell lingering in the air that even spread into the room. Additionally, the bedding caused skin irritation, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Hope management takes immediate action to improve Hygiene standards.
