I am writing to formally report a serious hygiene issue at this property. Upon arrival, we found blood stains on the bedsheet. After requesting assistance, the hotel replaced it, but the new bedsheet was also dirty. This indicates a fundamental failure in housekeeping standards. I am not requesting compensation. However, I strongly urge 訂房網站 to investigate this property and review its cleanliness requirements to ensure other guests do not encounter the same situation. Basic hygiene should never be compromised.
