L’accueil à la réception très moyen à l’arrivée, je prolonge mon séjour d’une nuit supplémentaire, je suis reçu par le Directeur M. Mecozzi Mathias avec un manque de respect total, désagréable, mauvais comportement envers moi. Je souhaiterais faire remonter cette information concernant le directeur à c’est supérieur ou au niveau de la plate-forme Trip. La literie est déplorable. Je recommande pas.

Overall apartment is nice, however there are many problems. First of all, the location does not have the 24th hours check-in and check out reception. Secondly, we arrived at the address which was in the application for booking and the entrance is not from there. We had to walk all with our luggage around the building for the entrant and when we arrived at the entrance we found out the reception is closed so we had to take a 7-year Uber to another hotel and check in over there and take another Uber from there to come back. This is simply not nice and it's not acceptable.

Не было мыла, бесплатной воды, доп.туалетной бумаги. Душ очень силтно протекал, уборка должна проводиться самими гостями. В последнюю ночь соседи очень шумели и никто не вмешался, хотя в правилах сказано о том, что с 22:00 до 8:00 нельзя шуметь. Рядом хороший пляж, до больших супермаркетов и жд станции ~15 минут пешком, также недалеко остановка автобуса, который за 40 минут домчит вас до центра Барселоны.

由於旅行計劃臨時變動，偶然選的這家，獨自一人住入4人家庭房。一天勞累，我進大門以後感到待在裡面很“不舒服”，強撐24小時沒睡覺，第二天立刻滾去別的地方呆。洗澡設施陳舊還沒有沐浴露。
