    i would like to suggest to all business travelers, please don't book this hotel next time because they are making fools for everyone. like. room service is very poor room deluxe but service third class The room and washroom are very dirty The name of breakfast makes fools aalu partha dhabha wale and diner only thali unused . My total experience was very treble and very bed to Aroma in

    We were offered a room in dead space of the hotel,on the backside of kitchen in basement whereas rooms were on second floor The whole night DJ was playing till 2.00 am and despite our several requests to either lower the volume or This is the second time we have experienced the rooms booked through your organisation are not given importance.The guests are taken for granted.

    The location of the hotel was excellent, and the food served was quite good. However, i was disappointed with certain aspects of my stay. Firstly, the room service was not up to the mark. Requests took a long time to be addressed, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the hot water supply was inconsistent, causing inconvenience during my stay. I also noticed that old and worn-out slippers were provided in the room, which did not match the standards expected from a property like yours. Unfortunately, these shortcomings made my stay less than satisfactory. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the services to ensure a better experience for future guests.

    The room is still being painted, the mirror is damaged, the bathroom doesn't have any enclosures, the shower fitting is rusted, the towels are smelling, the almirah rod is damaged. The TV is not working...the lights are not not working properly. Also saw a mouse running around in the restaurant during breakfast. As I have paid everything in advance, now they don't seem to bother or give me other room.

    The hotel room was not clean at all. I could find bugs inside the room even when i entered the room. The room was very dirty. The floor maat was completely black. Even after talking with the staff nothing seems to be done from there side. Only thing which was good is food

    Provide garbage kind room to us. Dirty rooms. Ac sounds likee motor vehicle. Whole night disturbance. Bad amenities.

    Good location and restaurant ambience and food was nice. Needed improvement in cleaning. The drinking water glass was covered with a cover, but the glass was unclean and had hand prints. Monitoring seemed to be lacking.
