Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Easy access to the mall and several dining establishments. The room was spotless and nice; however, the dining space during morning breakfast could have used some attention. It was a very busy weekend and I believe the hotel was at capacity, but we didn't see any employees wiping down tables. There were a lot of dead gnats near the garbage can that needed wiped. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in went well. This hotel has the potential to be 5 stars across the board if there were a few more staff members keeping the dining areas clean.

The workers are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The room is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made our stay very relaxing. The breakfast is very good, with a nice variety of options and fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location on Lake Lorraine. Close to restaurants, malls, and right off I-29 for easy travel in the city. The rooms were more spacious than a typical room with the addition of a pull out sleeper sofa. The rooms were quiet and clean. The patios and outside fire pit overlooking the small lake was a nice amenity. Although we didn't use the pool, it was larger than a lot of hotel pools. The only negative was there needed to be more help wiping down tables during the breakfast buffet. The hotel was very busy, and there wasn't a single clean table during the breakfast rush. Overall, I would definitely stay again.
