we arrived at the hotel half an hour before check-in time, we were asked to wait until 3 p.m, since the room was not ready for check-in. This would be normal, but when we checked in at 3 p.m, it was clear that if they cleaned the room, they didn’t really try. There were cigarette butts in the ashtray on the balcony right when we checked in. Our room was on the first floor and hotel employees constantly came to our balcony, which is accessible from the street, to sit and smoke at the table, but it was in our room! In the room there were cobwebs all around in the corners of the room, at night a huge spider crawled out of one corner, which my husband and I caught. There are also cobwebs on the balcony under the table, and at the entrance from the street to the balcony in the bushes, and it seems that no one is going to clean it up. On the second day, there was a sign on our door all day asking us to clean our room, but no one did it or even change the towels. The refrigerator in the room does not work, the air conditioner does not work and there is no TV remote control (do we need to go ask for it at the reception?), the save also does not work - that is, literally nothing functions. We booked the hotel because of the wellness area, but neither when booking or when checking in did they inform us that out of 5 saunas, 3 were not working. If it’s important to anyone, there is no kettle in the room either. In the bathroom, after taking a shower, the entire floor is wet, since the shower is not enclosed by anything. We were placed in a room for disabled people, although this was not what we had booked. The choice at dinner is very limited. This hotel has only a couple of advantages: the attitude of the staff at the reception and in reataurant and good Wi-Fi. This hotel cannot be 4 stars or never on earth, there are not even slippers in the room, nothing works, there are cobwebs and dirt all around, the employees come to your balcony to smoke as if they were in their own home, they do not clean or change the towels, so what 4 stars?
