엘레베이터 고장났는데 체크인 할 때 고지도 안해주고 심지어 젤 윗층인 7층으로 배정해줬어요 체크인하고 엘레베이터 쪽으로 가니까 일하시는 분들 있었는데 엘레베이터 어제부터 고장났다고 직원용 타라고 해서 일단 짐은 옮겼어요 문제는 저녁식사하고 호텔로 돌아왔는데 직원용 엘레베이터도 안되서 리셉션으로 가서 말하니까 어쩔수없다는 씩으로 말합니다;; 문제 해결해줄 생각도 없고 그냥 계단으로 올라가라는데 내일 체크아웃 할 때 내짐 들고 내려오는건 어쩌냐니까 그건 직원들이 옮겨 준데요 ㅋㅋ 그나마 체크아웃 할때는 직원용 엘레베이터가 작동되어서 체크아웃은 했어요(전날은 일부러 끊건지 뭐 때문에 안된건지 모르겠음) 엘레베이터가 안되면 상식적으로 방을 저층으로 주던가 환불처리를 해주겠다고 해야되는건데 미안하단말 한마디 없이 어쩔수없다는 태도입니다 오후에 일하시는 남자분 두분다 너무 불친절하고 최악이였어요 7층까지 걸어올라가면서 어이없어서 사진 찍었습니다

Pro:s Bedding is clean. Not the safest area but walking distance to Grand Place. Staffs are nice. WiFi is quick and stable. Cons: The hotel is very old, the lift is packed and wrapped with foam boards with moulds and stains on them. Lots of damages in the room, holes on the wall, damages and stains on the desk and curtains. The worst is the toilet, bricks and the sink are broken. There was construction in the hotel, so we could hear drilling and hammering. Also, there was sediments and sand from the tap, water is really dirty. They use shower curtain, so the toilet was flooded after shower. And the room is very dark.

酒店位置還可以，去景點大概公里左右，可以走路過去，就是門面是在街道拐角處，有點不是很好找房間很小，就好比國內百來塊的那種配置，床一般，早餐一般，過夜住還是可以的

Location of hotel Siru Brussels is very strategic,only 1 mins walk to Metro Roger,about 8 mins walk from nord train station Brussels.it made us easy to travel to Atomium,airport and sightseeing. Room is not big but comfortable with tv,heater and kettle.Breakfast is 15 euro per person and is delicious and more choices.Staffs are very helpful too.will stay again if come to Brussels next time

Wir sind für ein Konzert kurzfristig nach Brüssel gefahren. Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Man kann direkt zu Fuß vom Brussels Nord Bahnhof zum Hotel laufen. Wir durften bereits um 09:00 Uhr unser Zimmer beziehen. Auch die Innenstadt ist fußläufig. Der einzige negative Aspekt war das unzureichend W-Lan. Es war nicht möglich Nachrichten oder E-Mails zu empfangen.

Booked the most basic room there was, as I was there for the F1 weekend, and will not be in the room except at night for resting. The location is nestled nicely between Brussels North Station and the shopping area/Grand Place, so most places that I wanted to go were walkable. I didn't interact with many service staff except when I checked in and out. Shower pressure was poor; it could have been better, considering the water pressure was quite strong. In terms of cleanliness, you could feel the grime on the carpet when walking barefoot. There was mould all over the pillars and walls of the room and toilet, and a musky smell coming from the cupboard. There is also no air-con in the room, when I say no air-con, I don't mean it is spoilt, there simply isn't one, so expect the room to be stuffy, especially on hotter months. I was lucky as the temperature at night was around 16C, so I used the portable heater as a ventilator fan.

房間很差，續住時候前台要問我多收一次房費，我及時聯繫訂房網站才沒讓前台得逞，房間裡面一股很難聞的發黴味道。浴室小的都轉不了身。環境差一點沒什麼，主要是前台要讓我多交一次房費要坑我。浴室小到進不去。衞生：一進門就一股臭味，酒店衞生很差服務：續住時候前台要問我線下多收一次房費要坑我，僵持了半小時訂房網站才電話解決。
