We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is clean and well-maintained, and we absolutely loved the welcoming vibes created by the friendly staff. The location is very convenient, and the view from the 19th floor was truly spectacular – a highlight of our visit. The only downside was the lack of a hair dryer, which would have been a helpful addition. Overall, a great experience, and we would recommend it to others!

Hotel lobby looks nice. But people smokes openly inside this air conditioning space, such a turn off. Check in without hassle. Very fast. 2 person at the counter working. Warm face towel and welcome drinks offered complimentary. Swimming pool available but its raining during my visit. Didn’t get to utilize it. Room is okay but air conditioning is bad. Not cold. Complaint to receptionist but doesn’t seem to have any impact after the maintenance check it. View from room 1909 is amazing since its the 19th floor. Overall for a 4star hotel, its overated and overpriced

垃圾酒店 上到房竟然床竟然可以有頭髮 窗角下面，可以有一條死蜈蚣 白色床單可以以係深啡色 搞到我要去買一張床單先夠膽訓

The bedsheets were so dirty they were beyond belief, not only were they not changed, they weren't even cleaned, there was a lot of hairs on the bed.. not to mention that I still wanted to give a 4 star review.. that night I was WhatsApped again, they said the TV remote was broken, we didn't even touch the TV remote. Came back late at night and wanted to ask for the bedsheets change, butthe kids were already sleepy, luckily my wife brought some sheets to cover them. Woke up in the morning, showered and checked out, and they blamed for the broken remote. The remote potision is not even changed for god sake. The management of this hotel is rotten, especially the housekeeping.. i would never go back again.. sorry only 1 star..

Lorong ada bau yg gak enak, lubang air kamar mandi mampet, kloset mampet, wastafel mampet, handuknya udah handuk lama dan bau, liftnya mati 1 terus, sprei kasur kuning kotor kayak ada pasir bikin badan gatal dan gak nyaman
